We are thrilled to announce a new and exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager/Director to join our team and take part in our adventure! 

This is a truly unique opportunity for someone who has the ambition to play a crucial role growing business with clients across Europe. 

A successful candidate will report to our Chief Commercial Officer. 

What you will be doing
  • Strategic Planning: develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new market opportunities  to drive revenue growth

  • Client acquisition: lead efforts in acquiring new clients. Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients

  • Revenue generation: meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and leading negotiations from start to finish

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, finance and delivery, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies

  • Market analysis: stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities

Skills you should have
  • 5+ years of proven track record of success in business development within the fintech sector. Experience from payment BaaS or payments industry will be essential

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and industry regulations

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities

  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and other European language
