We are currently looking for a  Account Development Manager/Director ready to join our adventure.
What you will be doing
  • Act as a trusted advisor and true strategic partner to our clients. You will apply your knowledge and the required gravitas to effectively communicate and influence at all levels to recognize opportunities and use them to achieve win-win scenarios

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients for all matters concerning our joint solutions. In particular you will deliver outstanding service, and actively address any client concerns

  • Lead comprehensive customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements with aim to achieve growth of client account

  • Develop and execute account plans and strategies to grow business with the client, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and deepening client engagement

  • Build and maintain a thorough understanding of the Vodeno Cloud Platform features, capabilities, and value proposition to effectively communicate its value and benefits to our clients

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to better understand client needs

  • Track and communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders and forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and ensure timely renewals of existing agreements

  • Based on data and your knowledge, you will identify and implement improvements into account management processes and practices, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our organisation

  • Collaborate with technical, delivery and support teams across Vodeno to ensure the effective delivery of timely, profitable and successful client services.

Skills you should have
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in fintech industry with proven track record of successfully delivering growth of client accounts

  • Understanding and knowledge of Banking-as-a-Service market, technologies, players and major future trends

  • Strong communication, gravitas and presentation skills, as this role will bring you to speak with C-level executives 

  • Ability to establish peer relationships with senior client representatives as well as with internal teams

  • Drive and high energy to push things forward and not giving up especially when circumstances change

  • Outstanding analytical skills and ability to use data and business intelligence for drawing conclusion and decision making

  • Fluency in Polish and English
