You will own a number of tools, processes, metrics, reports and analysis that enables the delivery of the key initiatives and tasks. Continual development of data gathering and reporting processes will also be required.

In particular your role will include the following: 

• Support the production of monthly management packs and key financial/ KPI reports for the Board, EC, CFO and Shareholders, providing robust and detailed interpretation of financial results to enable the business to take timely actions to achieve targets
• Develop narrative of identified variances and provide financial insight for various stakeholders linked to commercial and other drivers.
• Working alongside the finance systems team to drive improvement of the reporting process, through further automation and structure to the reporting systems
• Develop new reports for performance reporting of financials and KPI’s to provide greater clarity and understanding of combined business performance
• Partnering with the technology teams to understand the drivers of costs, and provide education to those who own the activities, with a goal to optimise upstream activity
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Analyse historical financial data and industry trends to identify key drivers and assumptions for financial projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for model inputs.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various business decisions and external factors.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis: Conduct ad hoc projects and analyses to address specific business needs. Develop innovative reporting methodologies to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide support for industry analysis. 
• Monitor product and client performance, analyse key cost drivers and make recommendations to drive optimisation
• Develop a comprehensive program to optimise cloud (GCP) spend
• Provide support procurement in contract negotiations to drive down spending

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.)
• 5+ strong experience in FP&A/Corporate Finance or equivalent work experience
• Experience in Finance Business partnering is required 
• Candidates must be self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels
• Ability to work in English as the main language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and adapt to constant changes
• Experience in a high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills, being able to review and interpret large amount of data from various sources 
• Strong financial modelling skills; ability to build full model from scratch
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and various projects at the same time
• Experience in Cloud computing is desirable
• Fintech experience is not required but would be beneficial
