What you will be doing
You will be part of a cross-functional CAT team (Product, Solution Architect, QA, SRE), responsible for the full technical delivery of partner implementations – from build to production and beyond. You:
Turn architecture into reality – expose APIs, configure sandboxes, and automate onboarding using tools like Postman, Helm and Terraform
Deploy safely – use ArgoCD for blue-green rollouts across environments
Support environments – operate cloud-native partner stacks (GCP, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL), monitor performance and restore SLAs post-incidents
Drive quality – write tests, create Swagger specs, instrument telemetry, and build dashboards
Own documentation – maintain internal runbooks and contribute to our AI-driven support chatbot
Accelerate pre-sales – size technical effort, surface risks, and build POCs for new solutions
Continuously improve – mentor others, refine workflows, and suggest SDK/config enhancements
Skills you should have
You’re an engineer who thrives in fast-moving, partner-facing teams. You’re hands-on, proactive, and can work independently, but you also know how to bring others with you. You’re passionate about clean, observable infrastructure – and you treat quality as a shared responsibility.
You have:
3+ years of experience in technical delivery, preferably in cloud-native environments
Solid knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, Git, Bash and Postman
Familiarity with tools like ArgoCD, Terraform, Helm, Prometheus, Kibana/Elastic, Grafana
Exposure to cloud platforms (ideally GCP), container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of test automation and contract testing
Strong analytical mindset – capable of mapping out systems, estimating cost/effort, and translating business needs into scalable tech
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Good spoken and written English
Nice to have:
Exposure to fintech or banking APIs (KYC, card issuing, SEPA, lending)
Knowledge of ISO 20022, smart contracts, or open-source fintech projects
Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana/Loki
Familiarity with Solidity or Rust (for smart-contract proofing)
